The 10 "I Will's" of 2009 

1. I will speak the pure, the positive, and the praiseworthy and give others the benefit of the faith in all matters.
2. I will be a "people builder." I will build people up in their faith, dreams, and emotions, and refuse to tear people down with gossip, slander, cut-downs, and words of discouragement.
3. I will forgive whomever, wherever for whatever as God has forgiven me.
4. I will be thankful unto God for what I have, not complain about what I don't have, and be a wise steward of all I possess
5. I will pursue God and cultivate His favor through personal character, prayer, and doing righteous acts for the needy.
6. I will share my faith with three people each week through personal witness or inviting them to church with me.
7. I will promote and protect my church with a commitment to unity, faithfulness, hospitality, and service.
8. I will pray for my pastor that he may minister God's Word with clarity, wisdom, and compassion as he must give account for my soul.
9. I will believe in perfect faith in the coming of the Messiah, and though He tarries, I will await daily for His coming.
10. I will finish strong. No matter what trials, tests and temptations I encounter, I will not be beat down. I will rise up, and on the last Sunday of 2009, I will be counted with the victors and declare,

"I have been tested.

I have overcome, and

I have finished strong!"
